Bamdev Smart Solutions Private Limited is our little company out in Banda. We are located at Bakarganj 266A/22, right on Ramlila Road. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy street. Our office is a simple setup. We don't have a lot of high-tech gadgets on display, just the tools we need to work. We call it smart solutions, but really we just help people solve everyday problems with technology and some logic. It’s a small team of us. We grew up around here, so we know everyone in the neighborhood. The office is usually a bit noisy because of the traffic on Ramlila Road, but we don't mind. We have a couple of old desks and some chairs that we’ve had since we started. There’s always a teapot going in the corner. We spend our time working on various projects that come our way. Sometimes it’s software, sometimes it’s just helping a local shop get their systems running. We aren't a big city firm with thousands of employees. It’s just a few of us trying to do good work in our hometown. We take things one day at a time. If someone walks in with a problem, we see if we can help. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We like the pace of life here in Banda and plan to stay put.
