Jain Caterers

Started working out of House No 29 on A.T. Road a while ago. It gets pretty busy in the kitchen, especially in the mornings when the big pots are already going. We handle a lot of orders here at Jain Caterers. People know where to find us because we’ve been at this spot for some time now. Usually, there's a lot of chopping and cleaning happening. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical one that works for us. A.T. Road is always noisy, which we’ve gotten used to. Sometimes the deliveries are a bit of a headache with the traffic right outside the gate, but we manage to get things out. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty on paper. Mostly, we are just focused on the food and making sure the containers are packed right. It's a lot of manual work. My hands are usually stained with something or other by noon. We’ve had some of the same guys working the stoves for years. They know the routine better than anyone. When things get hectic, we just put our heads down and keep going. It isn't a big corporate office or anything like that. It's just a house where we cook a lot of food for people who need it. It’s what we do every day, and that’s about it for our little place here.
