Mps Natures Cuisine

We are up on the second floor of Fortune Tower. GS Road is always packed with traffic, so being a bit higher up helps with the noise. Bhangagarh is a busy spot in Guwahati. We started this place because we wanted to offer something that wasn't just fast food. People call us MPS Food Hub sometimes, but Natures Cuisine is what we focus on. We use a lot of local stuff we find at the market. The kitchen isn't massive, but we manage. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so some people just take the stairs. It’s good exercise, I guess. We have some wooden tables and simple chairs. It isn't a place for fancy clothes or anything like that. Just come as you are. We try to keep things fresh. If a vegetable isn't in season, we don't buy it. It makes the menu change a little bit every now and then. The staff is mostly local kids from around town. They’re still learning some things, but they’re good people. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. Most people just hear about us from their friends or coworkers in the other offices in the tower. We’re just here every day from lunch until the building closes up. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside. We just hope the food tastes like home cooking. There’s no big secret to what we do, we just keep the stove going.
