Ms Mpl Concrete Paper Block

Ms Mpl Concrete Paper Block is located out in Village Shyamthaibari. We are quite close to the Chota Shyamthaibari Bazar, which is where we go to get our lunch or run small errands. Our place is right along the Nh 31 C Road, so we get a lot of trucks passing by heading towards the bigger towns. It is a dusty spot, mostly because of the materials we use to make the blocks. We spend our days molding and drying the concrete paper blocks in the open air. The weather really dictates our schedule here; if it rains, we have to scramble to cover everything up. We have a small shed where we keep the tools and some of the finished stock. It’s a family-run kind of feel, with people from the village helping out. We don't have a big corporate office, just a small desk in the corner of the shed. The road is always loud with the sound of horns and engines, but it’s good for business because people see us as they drive past. Sometimes we have a backlog of orders and the yard gets really cramped. We try to keep things tidy, but with concrete, there is always some mess left behind. It’s just a practical business doing what we know how to do best. We like being part of the Shyamthaibari community and serving the local building needs.
