Ava

Ava is located over here in Beltola, specifically in Baisthapur. If you know the area near the Regional Passport Office, you’ve probably passed by our street once or twice without even noticing us. We are in House Number 2, down Byelane Number 3. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but that’s how we like it because it stays quiet. The neighborhood is mostly houses and small offices like ours. We don’t put up big flashy signs or try to act like some big city corporation. We just open up the doors every morning and get to work. Guwahati weather can be really unpredictable, so some days we are dealing with the intense heat and other days it’s the rain pouring down on the roof. People stop by sometimes just to ask for directions because the passport office brings a lot of folks who aren't from this part of town. We’ve been in this building for a bit now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We handle our daily tasks, drink some tea, and talk to whoever walks through the door. It’s a small team here. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone telling us what to say to sound better. We just tell people what we can do and then we go ahead and do it. It’s a practical way to run things, and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved in the end.
