Zebra Shoes Corner

Our shop is number 29 on the ground floor of Mega City Mall. It’s right near the Sector 31 Huda Market. It’s a busy area especially in the evenings when people come out to the market for snacks and groceries. We have been in the mall for a bit now. We sell shoes, mostly casual stuff for walking and some sports wear too. The shop isn't huge but we managed to fit a lot of inventory on the shelves. We have mirrors on the walls so people can see how the shoes look on their feet. Sometimes the mall air conditioning is a bit too cold for me. We get a mix of people coming through the doors. Some are just window shopping while they wait for friends, and some know exactly what they want and buy quickly. It’s nice being near the Huda Market because there is always something going on outside. We keep the display window updated when we get new stock from our suppliers. It’s just me and one other guy who works here during the week. We handle all the sales and the cleaning ourselves. The floors are tiled and we try to keep them looking clean. It’s a lot of standing around on our feet, but we enjoy talking to the regulars who live in the sector. Sometimes kids come in and try on everything but don't end up buying anything. That’s just part of the job. We stay open until the mall closes at night. It’s a straightforward business. We just sell shoes to people who need them in the Sector 31 neighborhood.
