Balujas Shoes & Bags

We are located at 109 in the Dt Mega Mall, right near DLF Phase One on Golf Course Road. Balujas Shoes & Bags is where we spend our days. Being in a mall is a bit different from a street shop. We have to follow the mall hours, so we’re here from morning until late at night. We sell a lot of shoes and bags, as you might guess from the name. The shop is filled with rows of footwear and bags on the walls. It can get pretty loud with the music from the mall and people walking by. We spend a lot of time helping people try on shoes and making sure they find the right fit. It's a lot of bending down and reaching for boxes in the back room. We aren't a giant chain; we just have this one spot here. The Golf Course Road area brings in all sorts of people, so we see a lot of different styles. We try to keep the shop looking decent, but after a busy afternoon, there are usually boxes and tissue paper everywhere. We just clean it up and start again. It’s a constant cycle of restocking and helping customers. We don't have fancy ways of doing things. We just want people to walk out with shoes that don't hurt their feet. It’s simple, honest work in a busy part of Gurgaon. We keep doing what we do every day and hope the mall stays busy.
