It gets a bit chaotic during lunch hours, but we like the energy. It’s not perfect. Sometimes we run out of supplies or the delivery bike breaks down. That’s just life in Gurugram. We focus on what’s in front of us and try to do an honest day's work. We’ve lived in this city for years, so we understand how things work here. Just a simple food business trying to stay afloat and serve the local area. There's always a lot of traffic nearby, but we manage to get things moved.
