We operate out of Sector-43 in Gurgaon, right near the Rama Apartment. The whole idea here is that we stay open when most other places have already shut their doors for the night. Gurgaon is a city that never really sleeps, with all the offices and people working late shifts, so there is always someone looking for a meal at 2 AM. We don't have a big dining room where you sit down for a fancy evening. It's more of a functional setup for late-night hunger. Most of our orders are for people who are just finishing work or those who stayed up too late and realized they forgot to eat. We keep the menu simple with things that are easy to pack and stay warm. It’s just a small team of us working through the night while the rest of the city is quiet. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a bunch of orders come in at once, but we do our best to manage. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure there’s food available when it’s dark out. The location near Rama Apartment is convenient for a lot of the residential blocks around here. We’ve been doing this for a bit now and we know the late-night crowd pretty well. It’s a different kind of business, but it works for this part of Gurgaon.
