Ramesh Dhaba & Chinar Sweets

You can find us in Jangra Market, right in the middle of Udyog Vihar. We are directly across from Plot Number 128. This is a very industrial area, so most of our customers are people working in the factories and offices nearby. We have the dhaba part for meals and the sweets section for people who want to take something home or just have a quick snack. It gets very busy during the lunch hour. You can see people standing outside because the inside fills up so fast. We don't have much in the way of decor. It's just plain walls and sturdy tables that can handle the rush. The sweet counter is right at the front. We make the sweets fresh every morning, usually starting before the sun comes up. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy when it's raining outside, but we try to keep it clean. Our workers are from different parts of the country, and they work hard. We don't do anything special for marketing. The smell of the food usually brings people in. Sometimes we have issues with parking because the road is narrow and there are so many trucks and bikes around. But people still find their way to us. It’s a busy, dusty part of Gurgaon, and we are just here to feed the workers. We keep the prices fair so everyone can afford a plate of food.
