Uumami Snack Foods Private Limited

We are over in Dhanwapur, right at 399. Most people in Gurgaon are always in a rush, but here at Uumami Snack Foods, we try to just keep our heads down and work. Making snacks isn't as easy as it looks. There’s a lot of testing different tastes and seeing what works. We started this because we liked food, plain and simple. It’s a private limited company on paper, but it feels more like a small family shop most days. The traffic around 122001 can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually start early. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need for now. We have some machines and a few tables where we get everything sorted. There’s always a smell of something being cooked or seasoned in the air. We don't spend much time on fancy advertising. Most of our day goes into checking batches and making sure the bags are sealed right. It’s just us doing our thing in this corner of Gurgaon. Sometimes things get messy, but that's how it is when you're working with food. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the snacks we put out are something we’d eat ourselves. It's a lot of repetition, but it's okay. We enjoy the process and the people we work with every day in Gurgaon-Gurgaon.
