We are located up in Gwal Pahadi, specifically in Tower 1 at Valley View Estate. Unit 803 is where we spend most of our time. Being in Gurgaon, you’d expect a lot of glass buildings, but this area has a bit of a different feel because of the hills nearby. You can actually see some greenery from the windows, which is a nice break from the computer screen. Unitech Developers And Hotels is just a small operation here. We have a few rooms filled with maps, blueprints, and old folders. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s more of a workspace where things actually get built on paper first. The elevators in the building can be slow, so we get plenty of time to talk to the neighbors while waiting. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just focus on the projects we have. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we manage. We drink a lot of chai and try to stay on top of the paperwork. The commute up the road can be a bit tricky during the monsoon, but we’re used to it. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the main city center. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. There are no fancy titles here, just people working on stuff that matters to us and our clients.
