We are located in South City-1, right in Sector-40 of Gurgaon. Our office is on the first floor, Room Q-410. Gurgaon is a fast place, always building something new. But our corner is a bit more settled. We deal with money, exchanges, and financial services. It sounds complicated but we try to keep it simple for the people who walk in. People come to us when they need to send money or sort out their finances. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking numbers. We have to be careful with the details. The office isn't huge. It’s a practical space. We’ve got desks, some chairs for people to wait in, and computers. It gets busy during the start of the month. You see all kinds of people coming through the door. Everyone has a different story or a different reason for being there. We don't do big fancy ads. Most people know where we are because we’ve been here a while. The staff here are just regular people from around the NCR. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the regulations. It can be stressful when the systems are slow, but we manage. We aren't a big bank with marble floors. We are just a service point in a busy part of town. We try to get the numbers right every day. It's mostly about making sure the forms are filled and the exchange happens correctly. That's the main thing we do here.
