The road leading up to the village can be a bit bumpy sometimes especially after the monsoon rains. We have a lot of stuff going on here with food preparation and keeping things cold. It’s a big facility but it’s run by regular people who just want to get the work finished. We spend a lot of time checking on the machines and making sure the supplies are coming in on time. It can get pretty dusty outside during the dry months but that’s just part of life in Haryana. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Usually, there is a lot of activity in the mornings when the trucks are getting loaded up for their rounds. It’s a practical environment where everyone knows their job. We’ve been at this location for a good while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the village life surrounding us.
