Footprints Collateral Services

So, we are located at Flat 905 in the Royal Palm Apartments in Gurgaon. It’s an apartment building, which might seem a bit different for a business, but it works for us. Being in a residential area means it’s a bit calmer than the busy markets. Footprints Collateral Services is mostly about doing background checks and verifying stuff for other companies. We spend a lot of time looking through documents and calling people to make sure everything is what it says it is. It’s detailed work and it can be a bit slow sometimes, but someone has to do it. The view from the 9th floor is actually pretty good when the smog isn't too thick. We have a small team here, and we mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the files. There are piles of folders everywhere because even though everything is supposed to be digital now, paper just doesn't seem to go away. We’ve been in Haryana for a long time and we know the local systems pretty well. It’s not the kind of job that gets a lot of attention, but it’s important for keeping things honest. We don’t have any big signs out front or anything. Most of our clients just know us through the work we’ve done before. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business and we like it that way. No stress, just getting the job done right.
