You’ll find American Express over at 385 on the 1st floor in Sector-7, Urban Estate, Gurgaon. It’s a pretty standard spot in a residential and commercial mix area. Being on the first floor means we see a lot of what’s happening on the street below, which can be quite a distraction when things get lively outside. The office isn’t huge, but we’ve managed to fit everyone in comfortably enough. We don't go for the high-end corporate look here; it’s more about being functional and having a place that works for the team. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you're carrying a lot of stuff, but we're used to it by now. Sector-7 is a handy location because there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick bite or run an errand during the break. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the work that needs to be done each day and try to help each other out when things get a bit overwhelming. The air conditioning is our best friend during those hot Gurgaon months, and we spend a lot of time making sure it stays running. It’s just a regular office where we do our best to stay on top of things without making a big deal out of it. It’s a practical, down-to-earth environment for all of us working here daily.
