U. D. Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is located in Unit No. 58 over in Sector-3 of Imt Manesar. It’s a very busy part of the industrial estate, and there is always some kind of noise or construction going on nearby. We’ve been operating out of this unit for quite a while now, and it’s where we spend almost all our time during the week. The floor is usually covered in bits of metal or scraps from whatever project we are currently handling. It’s quite loud inside, and you usually have to shout to be heard over the hum of the machines. We aren't the type of people to sit behind desks with our shirts tucked in; we’re usually out there on the floor making sure everything is running. Being in Manesar means we see a lot of the same people every day from the units next door. We all share the same daily problems, like the intense heat in the summer or the delivery trucks blocking the narrow road. It’s just part of the life here. We have a small team, and everyone knows exactly what they are supposed to be doing. When a machine breaks down, we try to fix it ourselves and get back to work as fast as we can. Our space in Unit 58 isn't huge, but we make it work for us. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work.
