Trident Hotel, Gurgaon

This particular branch of our operations is tucked away at Valley View Estate on the Gurgaon Faridabad Road. We are specifically located at 1707 Gold Leaf Crescent-4, which is in DLF Phase I. It’s a busy spot but being near the estate gives it a different feel than the middle of the city. We spend most of our time making sure the guests have what they need and that the rooms are actually ready when people show up. Working in a hotel means there is never really a quiet moment, and things can get a bit chaotic when a big group checks in all at once. We’ve got a mix of staff here who have been around for years and some newer faces too. We don't try to act like we're better than everyone else, we just want to make sure the beds are made and the food is hot. The location out here on the road towards Faridabad means we get a lot of people passing through or staying for work nearby. We’ve had to learn how to handle all sorts of situations, from broken air conditioners to last-minute booking changes. It’s just part of the daily grind. We like the area because it’s a bit greener than the rest of Gurgaon, even if the traffic on the main road can be a pain. We just show up, do our shifts, and try to keep everything running smoothly.
