Toshi Food & Snacks Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is located at Plot No-577 in Sector-15. It’s part of the first section of the area, which is usually quite active during the daytime. Toshi Food & Snacks has been operating from this plot for a while, and we have grown used to the industrial rhythm here. It is mostly about getting the snacks ready and making sure the bags are sealed properly. There is a lot of noise from the machinery sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have some people who have been with us since we first opened the doors. The space is filled with boxes and the smell of whatever we are making that day. It is not the kind of office where you wear a suit. We are usually in our work clothes, moving stuff around or checking the machines. Sector-15 can be a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with the plot numbers, but we are easy enough to spot once you get onto the right lane. We don't do much in the way of fancy meetings. Most of our talking happens on the floor while we are working. It is a practical setup designed for making food, nothing more and nothing less. We keep the floor clean and the inventory organized as best as we can. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it until the shift ends.
