The Study Point

You can find The Study Point over at Sushant Lok Phase I, specifically at C 1046. It is a pretty quiet spot for the most part which is exactly what you want when you are trying to get some work done. The rooms are filled with desks and chairs that have been arranged to make the most of the space we have. There are usually a lot of books and notebooks left around and the smell of paper is pretty strong in the small rooms. We spend a lot of time making sure the lighting is okay because nobody likes working in a dark corner. The neighborhood in Phase I is mostly residential so there isn't too much noise from the main roads which helps. Sometimes we have to remind people to keep their voices down in the hallways because the sound carries easily in this building. The furniture is just basic office stuff and some of it is a little bit worn down at the edges from years of use. There is a small area where people can take a break and have some water but mostly it is just rows of people sitting and reading. It is a very simple setup without any unnecessary bells and whistles. Most people come here because it is a steady place to sit down and focus without being interrupted by things going on at home. It is just a practical space for studying.
