You can find us at H No J 131 in Phase I, New Palam Vihar. We are situated right near the gym, so there is almost always the sound of heavy music and people moving around outside our door. It is a regular residential area in Gurgaon, so our office feels much more like a home than a typical workplace. We provide a variety of services from this spot, mostly handling a lot of paperwork and helping people get their daily tasks sorted out. The front room is where we sit, and we have kept a few extra chairs for when people drop by for a chat. The fan on the ceiling wobbles a bit when it is on high, but it keeps the air moving during the hot months. We have been in this part of New Palam Vihar for a few years now. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for the morning rush of people going to work. We do not have a big, glowing sign outside, just a small one near the door so people know they have found the right house. Usually, we are busy with files or talking to people on the phone about what they need us to do. We try to keep things simple and very direct. There is not any fancy waiting area or a water cooler. We just offer a glass of water from the kitchen if someone is thirsty. The desks are a bit mismatched, gathered over time as we needed more space.
