Manisha Sharma

We’ve been based out of Saraswati Vihar for a good bit now. It’s a busy part of Gurgaon, as anyone who lives here knows. I started this whole thing under my name, Manisha Sharma, mostly because I wanted to do something on my own terms without all the big office drama. Our space isn't anything fancy, just a couple of rooms where we get the work done. The morning traffic around here can be a real pain, so we usually start a bit later and stay late too. It’s just how things worked out. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at files, nothing too exciting to tell. We have a tea stall just around the corner that keeps us going through the afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in this area, but we manage. People stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask directions, and we don't mind. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep things moving and making sure we don't drop the ball on what needs doing. We know the neighbors and they know us. It feels like a proper community. We’ve had the same desk chairs for three years and they’re starting to squeak, but they still work fine. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell. No big secrets, just a lot of steady work in a quiet corner of Gurgaon.
