The Imperial, New Delhi

This address is actually in Gurgaon, in DLF City Phase-III. The spot is S-37/10. It is a bit confusing because the name says New Delhi but the location is definitely Haryana side. We are tucked away in one of the blocks here in Phase-III. It’s a busy area with lots of people living in PGs and small apartments. Our office is just a regular building among all the others. We don't have the big luxury hotel vibe you might think of when you hear the name. It’s more of an administrative or back-end setup here. The roads in DLF Phase-III can be quite bumpy and the lanes are narrow. We spend our time doing the paperwork and coordination. It’s a lot of mundane stuff like filing and phone calls. We have a small team and we just get through the day's tasks. There is a market nearby where we get our samosas and tea. It is a very practical place. We don't have any fancy lobby or doormen. Just a door with a number on it. Most of the people around here are young professionals working in different companies. It feels like a very standard Gurgaon work life. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. We sometimes stay a little late to finish things up, but that’s just part of the job.
