Sun N Sand Pune

We are over at Flat 1103 in Tower 9. It’s part of Ansals Valley View out in Gwal Phadi. If you know the Faridabad Road, you know it’s a bit of a drive from the main city. It's quieter out here, which is nice for working. Even though the name says Sun N Sand Pune, this is where we are set up in Gurgaon. People ask why we have a Pune name while being in Haryana, but that's just how the business grew. I spend a lot of time on the 11th floor looking out at the valley. The address 122003 is a bit far out but we manage. We handle the bookings and the coordination from this flat. It’s not a big corporate building with a glass front. It’s just an apartment where we get things done. Sometimes the lift in Tower 9 is slow, so you have to wait a bit. We’ve been here for a while now. The team is small, just a few of us sitting around desks with laptops. We deal with guests and travel details mostly. It's practical. We don't have fancy uniforms or a front desk. If someone needs to reach us, they usually call or come by the tower. Gwal Phadi has changed a lot lately with all the new construction, but our spot stays pretty much the same. It's a decent place to run things from without too much noise.
