Summer Wine Hospitality Private Limited is located in B-316 at Spazedge Towers, which is right on Sohna Road in Sector 47, Gurgaon. It’s a pretty well-known spot, and we’ve been here for a while. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking. We got into the hospitality scene because it seemed like a good challenge, and it definitely has been. Every day brings something a bit different, which keeps us on our toes. We aren't the type to wear suits and have fancy meetings all day; we’re more likely to be found checking through lists or talking to vendors. The view from Spazedge Towers is alright, but we spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets and schedules. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We’ve learned a lot about how things work in Gurgaon over the years. It’s a competitive place, but we just focus on our own tasks. We don’t have a script for how we talk to people, we just say it like it is. Some days the traffic on Sohna Road makes us late, but we always get the work done eventually. It’s just us doing our best to manage the hospitality side of things without making a big fuss about it.
