STATESMAN HOTEL'S PRIVATE LIMITED

Statesman Hotel's Private Limited is tucked away on the sixth floor of Oyster Grande in Gurugram’s Sector 102. Most days it’s just us here, looking out over the changing landscape of the city. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. It's more of a tight group working out of D-604. The office gets quite a bit of light in the afternoons, which is nice when you're buried in paperwork. Sometimes the lift takes a while because everyone is moving in and out of the building. We handle the hotel business, but really, it's about the daily grind of making sure things run right behind the scenes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails from here in Haryana. It’s a busy area, Sector 102 is growing fast, and you can see new buildings going up every time you look out the window. It gets dusty sometimes because of all the construction nearby. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to be part of the hospitality scene here. It’s not always glamorous. Most of the time it’s just sorting out bookings or talking to vendors. We like the location even if the traffic on the way to Oyster Grande can be a bit much during rush hour. We just do our work and try to keep things moving. It's a practical setup for us. Actually, we spend a lot of time just drinking tea and figuring out the next steps for our projects. It's not fancy, but it works.
