Sheel Appliances Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 480 in Sector-37, Pace City-II. This is one of the big industrial zones in Gurgaon. The area is filled with warehouses and manufacturing units, and our building fits right in with the rest. It is a large plot where we handle everything from storage to administrative work. The roads in Pace City-II are wide enough for the big transport trucks that are constantly moving in and out. We have a loading area where the daily shipments arrive and depart. It can be a bit chaotic during the peak hours of the morning, but we have a system that seems to work for us. Inside the building, it’s mostly about efficiency. We have the appliances stacked in the warehouse section and the office staff working in the front area. The walls are plain and the furniture is purely functional. We don't see the point in spending on luxury when the focus should be on the products. The atmosphere is professional but relaxed in a way that only a busy workplace can be. We have a small canteen area where the staff takes breaks, and that’s usually where most of the office chatter happens. Sector-37 is a bit far from the main city residential areas, so most of us have a bit of a commute every day. But once we are here, it is all about getting through the tasks and making sure things keep running smoothly.
