Our office is situated over in Sukhrali, right on the busy stretch of M G Road. It is an area that is always buzzing with people and traffic, and we are right in the middle of it. We have been working out of this location for a long time, focusing on water purifiers and vacuum cleaners. The space inside is mostly dedicated to storing the machines and the spare parts that the technicians need for their daily rounds. It is not a very quiet place because of the road noise outside and the constant coming and going of the staff. We spend our mornings sorting out which technician is going to which part of town. Most of the people who work here have been with us for years and they know the M G Road area very well. We don't have a big showroom with lights and displays. It is more of a functional hub where we manage the service requests that come in from the local neighborhoods. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people are talking at once or when a shipment arrives and takes up all the floor space. We just deal with it as it comes. It is a basic setup, but it works for what we need to do every day in Sukhrali. We just keep our heads down and make sure the work gets done for the people who live nearby. It is a lot of logistics and coordinating, but we manage to keep everything moving.
