Sethi Sweets is tucked away in Sector 14, at plot number 170. It is a quiet enough area compared to the main markets, but we still stay pretty busy throughout the week. We have a small team here, and everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. One minute someone is frying in the kitchen, and the next they are out front packing boxes for a customer. We do not have strictly defined roles like they do in those big companies. We just get the work done as it comes. The shop is not very large, so we have to be very organized with how we stack the trays and the empty boxes. We spend a lot of time on the phone with milk suppliers and grain merchants. It is a lot of logistical work that nobody really sees from the counter. Sometimes the orders get mixed up, or we forget to put a label on a box during a rush, but we always try to fix it quickly. We do not use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a local sweet shop in Sector 14. We have seen the neighborhood change over the years, with new houses and families moving in. We like being a steady part of the street. It is not a glamorous life, but it is a good one for us. We just keep our focus on the daily tasks.
