Serviced Apartments

We are located at the Oakwood Project within Central Park-II on Sohna Road, Sector-48. This is part of the Svec Constructions Ltd site in Gurgaon, Haryana, 122001. We manage the Serviced Apartments here. It’s a busy area with a lot of construction and new buildings going up all the time. Our place isn't like a big hotel with a lobby full of staff in uniforms. It’s more of a practical setup for people who need a place to stay while they are working or visiting the area. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are ready and everything is working as it should. Sohna Road can be quite a nightmare with the traffic, but once you get inside the Central Park-II area, it’s a bit more relaxed. We handle the day-to-day things like keys, cleaning, and fixing minor issues in the apartments. We don't have a polished marketing pitch. We just provide a place to sleep and live for a while. We keep a small toolkit in the back for when a faucet leaks or a light goes out. It's just part of the daily routine here in the Haryana heat. Most of the people who stay with us are here for work at the nearby projects. We’ve been at this Sector-48 location for a while now and have seen Gurgaon change a lot. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep things simple and functional for everyone who stays here.
