Saroha Foods (Opc) Private Limited

Our spot is Shop No-102 on the ground floor of Mapsko Galleria over in Sector-27. It’s a busy place with people always walking past the window on their way to other shops in the mall. Saroha Foods (Opc) Private Limited is what we call ourselves on the paperwork, but to us, it’s just the shop where we spend our ten-hour shifts. Dealing with food items means we usually have a lot of crates to move around in the mornings. The ground floor location is handy because nobody has to lug everything up the stairs or wait for the lift. Even though the mall gets a bit noisy with the music playing, you get used to it after a week or two. A lot of time is spent checking the inventory and making sure the displays aren't looking empty. Only a few of us work here. There is a small back room for breaks, though it usually ends up filled with extra stock. Sec-27 is a pretty active area, so there is never a dull moment. Handling the daily tasks as they come is how we manage. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a regular shop floor where the work gets done. We open up early to get a head start before the mall really gets crowded. Most days look the same, just keeping the food orders moving along. It can be exhausting standing all day, but we prefer being busy over sitting around.
