Saini Sweets

Satyam Plaza is a busy spot in the Huda Market of Sec-09. We are tucked away at Shop No 17, which is where Saini Sweets has been for a good while. The morning starts with the smell of milk boiling and sugar being prepped. It’s a lot of work before the market even really wakes up. Shop No 17 isn't very large, so we have to be smart about how we use the space we have. During the festival seasons, it gets really hectic, and we barely have room to move around in the back. But on a regular Tuesday, it’s just the usual flow of people from around Sec-09 stopping by for a bit. We focus on the sweets and snacks, making sure the glass cases are filled up. Sometimes we run out of things faster than we expected, and then we have to hustle to make more. The Huda Market has a lot of energy, and being in Satyam Plaza puts us right in the middle of all that activity. We don't bother with fancy advertisements or anything like that. People know Shop No 17 and they know us. We just try to keep the place clean and the food fresh. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day, but seeing the regulars makes it worth the effort. Saini Sweets is just a local shop doing things the way they’ve always been done around here. We just try to get the work done right.
