Sahar Agri Business Private Limited

Our business is located in Village Hasanpur, specifically at House Number 145. It's the home of Kehar Singh’s son. We work on the agriculture side of things here in the Palra area. It’s not a big factory or anything like that. We mostly deal with the logistics of farming and helping move products from the village to the bigger markets. Hasanpur is a small community where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We started Sahar Agri because we saw that individual farmers were struggling to handle the business side of things on their own. We spend our days talking to neighbors about their yields and what they plan to plant next season. It’s a lot of sitting on the porch and looking over ledgers. The roads around here can be rough, especially during the monsoon, so getting things out of the village is always a challenge. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. Our main thing is just keeping the business running so everyone gets paid and the crops don't go to waste. We do our own bookkeeping and manage the storage ourselves. It's a hands-on life. If you come by House 145, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about seed prices or local weather patterns. It’s just how things are done here in Hasanpur. We’re just local people trying to make the agri-business work for our small corner of Palra and making sure our families are taken care of through the seasons.
