You can find us at House N:B-37 in Sector 14 of Gurgaon. It is a bit different from the big glass towers you see in the rest of the city. Working out of this house makes us feel more grounded and accessible. At Bayer Cropscience Limited, our daily routine involves a lot of talk about farming, seeds, and how to help things grow better. Even though the name sounds big, this specific office is quite small and personal. Charts on the walls and folders full of data about different crops are everywhere. People come in and out all day, mostly talking about the upcoming planting season or what the weather is doing to the fields. Flashy lobbies don't exist here. It’s mostly just desks pushed together and people busy on their laptops. The traffic in Sector 14 can be a headache, but we’ve used to it over the years. Giving fancy speeches isn't why we're here; we just want to provide the right tools for the people who actually do the hard work on the land. Sometimes the whole day is spent just answering questions on the phone. It’s steady work and we like being in this part of Gurgaon. This feels more like a real neighborhood where people actually live and work together. Our focus stays on the task in front of us.
