R.R. Engineering Ind. is over here at Plot No 478 in Sector 37. If you know Place City II, you know how it gets during the day with all the trucks moving and the heat coming off the metal. We’ve been at this spot for quite a bit now. The workshop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular place with machines running and people wearing grease-stained clothes. Mostly, we just keep our heads down and get the work done. You’ll see a lot of scrap metal piled up in the corner sometimes because things move fast here. It gets loud when the heavy cutters are on, so sometimes we have to shout to hear each other over the humming of the engines. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks because most of the action happens on the floor. The gate is usually open by eight in the morning and we stay until the day's tasks are finished. Sector 37 has changed a lot over the years but our plot stays pretty much the same. There's a tea stall just down the road where everyone goes during the break. It’s just us doing what we know how to do with the tools we have. We try to keep things organized but in a machine shop, there is always a bit of dust and a few stray bolts on the ground. That is just how it is.
