Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd., Bangalore

Even though the name is Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd., Bangalore, we are actually operating from G - 18/10 in DLF City Phase 1. That is over in Gurgaon, Haryana, with the pin code 122002. It is a very busy part of town and it never really sleeps. This office is where we do a lot of the heavy lifting for the whole company. It is not a hotel itself, just a regular office space in the DLF area. We have a lot of desks and some very busy people working hard every day. Gurgaon is always moving fast, so we have to keep up with everything. The office isn't particularly fancy or decorated. We have got some old chairs and the walls could probably use a new coat of white paint, but it doesn't stop us from getting things done. We do not use any of those big, confusing corporate words. We are just a team trying to manage everything from this Gurgaon location. It is a lot of coordination, phone calls, and endless paperwork. Sometimes the traffic in Phase 1 is a total nightmare, but we are used to it by now. We have a small break room where we eat our lunch together. It is a very grounded and real place to work. We are not trying to sell you anything here; we are just explaining where we are and what we do in our day-to-day life.
