Rites Ltd.

We are located at Rites Bhawan, Plot No. 1, in Sector 29, Gurgao. This part of the city has grown so fast, and we have been right here in this building for quite a while. Our work is mainly about the technical side of transport, like railways and bridges. The office is very large and can feel a bit like a maze if you don't know your way around. We have a lot of engineers, planners, and accountants working together. There are always rolls of blueprints and technical drawings sitting on the desks. It is not a flashy place at all. The furniture is a bit old and the carpets are worn in some spots because so many people have walked over them. We spend a lot of time analyzing data and making sure things are safe and efficient. Sector 29 is known for its nightlife and restaurants, but inside our walls, it is all serious business. We have a canteen where we get our lunch and talk about the latest projects. It is a government-linked company, so there are many rules and procedures that we have to follow every day. Sometimes it feels like there is a lot of paperwork, but that is just part of the job. We aren't trying to be trendy. We just want to get the infrastructure projects done correctly. It is a place where experience really matters and people tend to stay for their whole careers.
