Residencia Rentech Hospitalities India Private Limited

We are based in Unit No 204 at Vipul Plaza in Suncity. It is right on the Golf Course Road in Sector 54. Most people know the building because of the ICICI Bank downstairs. It’s a typical office space where we handle all the hospitality business for Residencia Rentech. The office isn't very large. We have a few desks with computers and a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. It’s a busy environment because there is always something to coordinate with the properties. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sending emails. The view from the window is mostly just the other buildings in the plaza and the metro tracks. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a big lobby area. It’s just a place where we get the work done. The staff is small and we’ve been working together for a while now. Sometimes the elevator takes a long time, so we just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. We handle room bookings and site management from this unit. It can get a bit hectic during the peak seasons. We keep a kettle in the corner for making tea during breaks. It’s a very practical workspace. We don’t really have visitors coming in to see the office, as most of our work happens at the actual hospitality sites. It’s a good location for us to stay organized and keep everything moving.
