You can find Red Orchid Hospitality over at MGF Mega City Mall on MG Road. We are on the first floor at FF-18. Being in a mall in Gurgaon is definitely an experience. It’s always crowded and there is a lot of energy, which we like. We’ve been running this hospitality business from this spot for a while now. Most of our work is about coordinating stays and making sure everything is ready for guests. It’s a lot of log-keeping and phone calls. MG Road is the heart of the city, so we see all kinds of people coming through. We don’t try to act like we’re some big international brand. We are just a local team that knows the Gurgaon hotel scene. Sometimes the mall is too loud or the traffic on MG Road makes it hard for us to get to work on time, but that’s just life here. We focus on the basics of the job. We make sure the paperwork is done and the guest requirements are met without making a big deal out of it. We like the convenience of being in the mall because everything we need is right here. It’s a practical place to run a business. We aren't looking to expand into some giant empire; we just want to keep doing what we’re doing right here in 122002. It's about showing up every morning and handling whatever the day brings.
