Reasonable Genersla & Kiryana Store is right in the middle of Gurgaon Village at Raja Ram Market 2. Even with that small spelling mistake in the name on our board, the local people know exactly who we are. It is a typical market shop, which means it is usually loud and there is a lot of movement right outside our front door. We sell all the basic stuff that families need for their kitchens like rice, flour, oil, and different pulses. We also keep household items like buckets and brooms hanging up to make the most of the small space we have. The market gets really crowded in the late afternoon when everyone is coming home from work, so that is when we are the busiest. We spend the day weighing out grains and packing up bags of sugar for the customers. The floor usually has a bit of dust from the heavy sacks being moved around, but we try to keep it as clean as possible. We have a small wooden stool behind the counter where we sit when things finally quiet down for a bit. The regular customers do not even have to ask for what they want anymore because we already know their habits. It is a lot of physical work, moving heavy bags and keeping the shelves full, but it is a good rhythm. We have been serving the people in this market for a long time.
