Sohna is quite a drive out. We are located at Plot 14 in the Roz-Ke-Meo Industrial Area. It’s a lot different from an office in the city. Here, it’s all about the floor space and the heavy gear. You can hear the machines from the gate. The dust from the road settles on everything, so we are always cleaning up. We do heavy engineering work. It’s not always pretty. Sometimes the floors are greasy, and the noise is constant. But that’s what an industrial area is like. We’ve got a good crew of people who know how to handle the equipment. Most of them live nearby or travel from the surrounding villages. It gets really hot in the summer months out here in Sohna. We drink a lot of water and keep the big fans going. It’s a lot of work keeping things running on schedule. We don’t really worry about making the place look like a showroom. It’s a factory, after all. We focus on the parts and the metal. When a truck comes in to load up, everyone gets moving. It’s a routine we’ve had for years. It’s simple, honest work at Rasandik Engineering Industries Ltd. We just stay out here in the industrial zone and get on with the job. It’s what we know. The night shift takes over when the day crew leaves, and the cycle continues.
