Ramesh Associates

We are over at the Vashisht Complex in DLF City, specifically in room 205. It’s a decent enough spot, though the parking can be a bit of a nightmare during the middle of the day. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, focusing on associates work and real estate bits. People come to us when they are confused about land or buildings. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking records. It’s mostly just us trying to help folks navigate the local market without getting too stressed out. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. We have our regulars who stop by just to say hello or check on things. Most of our work is about the details that people usually overlook. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people in suits. It’s just a practical office where things get handled. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit and wait, but that gives us time for tea. We know the DLF area pretty well by now. If you’re around the complex, you might see us coming and going between sites. We just try to be honest about what we see and help people make a choice. We’ve been in this building for long enough that we know all the other shop owners.
