Rakesh Associates

Rakesh Associates is located right in the 105 Sector 14 Shopping Centre. It is a convenient spot because we can grab a snack or run errands right after work. Our office is not huge, but it fits what we need. We have been working out of this shopping centre for a bit now, helping people with their paperwork and property needs. It is usually just a couple of us in the office. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to folks who walk in while they are doing their weekly shopping. Sector 14 is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside our door. We do not do much advertising; most people just see our sign or hear about us from a neighbor. It is a straightforward business. We look at the numbers, fill out the forms, and try to make sure everything is in order. Sometimes the printers act up or the internet goes slow, but that is just how it goes in a small office. We like the rhythm of the shopping centre. You see the same faces every day. If someone needs help understanding a contract or finding a place to rent nearby, we do what we can. It is not complicated work, but it needs to be done right. We just keep at it, day in and day out, making sure our clients are sorted and their documents are ready.
