We’re over in Sector 23 of Gurgaon, at House Number 3035. Prologicfirst India Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this house for quite some time now. It’s a quiet residential street, which is nice compared to the busy main roads in Haryana. We turned part of the house into an office space. It has a bit of a lived-in feel, which we actually prefer over those glass boxes in Cyber City. There’s a small garden out front that we try to keep tidy, though the grass gets long in the monsoon. We spend our days mostly on computers. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don't have a HR department with lots of rules. We just work together and figure things out as we go. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost looking for the house number, but we just wave them down from the gate. We aren't trying to change the world or anything. We just provide some tech services that people seem to need. It’s a steady pace here. We take our tea breaks seriously and usually sit out in the back when the weather is good. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. That's who we are, just a small company in Gurgaon.
