Profitous Capital Markets Pvt. Ltd. is based at 56, Akashneem Marg in DLF Phase 2. We have been working from this office for quite a few years now. The neighborhood is usually quite busy with people going to work, but our little corner stays relatively calm. We mostly spend our time dealing with capital markets and all the numbers that come with it. It is not a very large operation, just a handful of us sitting at our desks looking at charts. We don’t have any fancy glass walls or expensive lounge areas. There are just some sturdy desks, a few computers that have seen better days, and a mountain of paperwork that never seems to go away. We drink a lot of tea to keep ourselves going during the long market hours. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains, which can be a bit frustrating, but we manage to get things done eventually. People from the area stop by once in a while to ask about how things are moving in the financial world. We talk to them like neighbors because that is what we are. There is no corporate talk here, just plain English about how the market looks today. It is a simple life of tracking data and trying to make sense of the fluctuations. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs at Profitous. We don't complicate things with big words.
