Popcorn With Pallavi Llp

Living and working out of The Magnolias in DLF Phase-V is something. My name is Pallavi and I really just like popcorn. We are at MG909A in the Golf Links area. The place is nice but it is mostly just a workspace for this business now. It smells like butter and salt in here almost all the time. People in the building probably wonder what we are doing with all the deliveries. It is a lot of packaging and making sure things are not stale. Gurugram can be so loud but it is surprisingly quiet up here. We spend hours trying different seasonings. Some work and some are just terrible. It is not some big factory. It is just a few of us. We have boxes stacked in the corner near the big window. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost finding the right tower in DLF. It is a bit of a maze. I started this because I could not find the kind of snacks I liked. Now it is a full-time thing. We do not have a big corporate team or anything like that. Just me and a couple of others keeping it going. The view is good but we are usually too busy with the heat sealer to look out much. It is a lot of work, but it keeps us busy. Popcorn is simple, and we try to keep the business that way too. It’s just us doing our thing.
