Plaazaa 1 Hotel

We are located in the East Silver Oak Apartment building, which is at 104/71 in DLF Phase-1, Gurgaon. It is not one of those massive hotels you see on the main highway with a huge neon sign. Instead, we are tucked away in a more residential-feeling part of the city. Being in Phase-1 means we are close to a lot of things, but it also means dealing with the usual Gurgaon traffic and the heat. The hotel itself is basically a few units in the apartment complex that we have set up for guests. We spend our days checking folks in, making sure the rooms are clean, and handling the keys. It is just a small team of us here, and we have been doing this for a while. You get used to the sounds of the neighborhood after a bit. We do not have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. There is just a simple desk where we do the paperwork. Most of the people who stay with us are here for work and just need a decent place to sleep for the night. We try to keep the air conditioners running well because it gets very hot in the summer. It is a straightforward place to stay without any big frills. We just focus on keeping the rooms ready and helping out when someone needs a bit of directions.
