Panchshila Hospitality Ventures Ltd. has its Textile Division located at 340, Udyog Vihar Phase-Ii. If you know the area, you know Phase-II is packed with all sorts of industries and warehouses. Our building is pretty standard for the neighborhood. Inside, it’s all about the textiles. We deal with various fabrics and materials throughout the week. It’s a lot of coordination between the different people working here. Udyog Vihar is always humming with activity, so there is this constant background noise of trucks and people moving around. We try to keep our part of the building organized, but with so much material coming in, it can get a little chaotic. The floors are usually covered in some kind of lint or fabric scraps by the end of the day. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the office look perfect. It’s more about functionality. We have our desks, our storage racks, and our shipping area. Most of the guys here have been working in textiles for years, so they don't need much direction. We just show up, see what's on the schedule, and start moving. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is due, and other times it’s a bit slower. It’s just the nature of the business in a place like Udyog Vihar. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep things moving along steadily.
