Padharo Pandit G Llp is located in the basement floor of Q1/7 in South City 2. Working from a basement means it stays nice and cool during the hot Gurgaon summers, which we definitely appreciate. It’s not the biggest space in the world, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. There’s a set of stairs leading down from the street level, and once you’re inside, it’s actually quite quiet. We don't get much natural light, so we have plenty of lamps around to keep the place bright. South City 2 is a fairly large area, but our little spot is easy to manage. We aren't interested in having a flashy office with expensive decor. We have our computers, some filing cabinets, and a few chairs for when we have visitors. Most of our work is done right here at the desks. We spend a lot of time talking and planning things out. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. Sometimes you can hear the cars passing by on the road above, but mostly it’s just the sound of our own keyboards. We take care of our own cleaning and organization, so things might be a little messy if we’ve had a busy week. It’s just how we operate. We’re local people doing our work in a way that makes sense for us.
