Pachranga International Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Door No-45 in the Huda Industrial Area. Being in Sector-25, Phase-Ii means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and heavy machinery. The smell of the spices and the vinegar usually hangs pretty heavy in the air around our building. It is a big place, and sometimes it feels like we are constantly walking from one end to the other just to find a specific tool. The loading docks are always busy with trucks backing in and out, and the drivers are usually in a hurry. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. When you walk in, you mostly see boxes and people in hairnets working hard. The office upstairs is small and the air conditioning barely works when it’s really hot outside. We spend a lot of time making sure the jars are sealed right and the crates are packed tight so nothing breaks on the bumpy roads. It’s a lot of physical work, and by the time five o'clock rolls around, everyone is ready to go home. We have some long-term workers who have been here for decades. They know the machines better than the people who made them. We just try to keep things moving along without any major breakdowns. It is just another day at the factory for us, keeping things moving.
